While the Real McCoy RMC2 looks a lot like the RMC1 and you're getting the same unrivalled quality of sound and 100% hand-built quality, this model features an extra set of control pots, mounted at the rear and, at higher sweep settings, has a brighter response, setting it up for both dual and single-coil pickups. Set the output level via the Volume pot, adjust the attack sharpness via the Q pot and, to finish, tweak the sweep range to taste. A two-way switch mounted beneath the footplate toggles the sweep-speed and bass resonance, so that (among other things) you can compensate for dull-sounding humbuckers and ensure transparent tone no matter what. Basically, you're getting the assurance of high-grade build-quality plus high-grade sound and performance.
